Contraception without hormons

Mechanical (condoms, diaphragms, lea contraceptivum or other cervix caps) or chemical barriers (vaginal suppositories) are quite effective methods, even if the date of ovulation is unknown. The material latex, however, is prone to cause allergic reactions; but this can be avoided by using latex-free condoms for men and women (Femidom).
